In Philippians 1:3–8 we se Paul’s overflowing gratitude, unwavering confidence in God’s sovereign grace, and deep affection for Christ’s people. Above all, we were reminded that the God who begins His saving work never abandons it, but will faithfully bring it to completion on the day of Christ Jesus.
